Synk can perform a set of actions before and after running.

Before running, Synk can open a file or program of your choosing.

After running, Synk can perform a variety of actions:

• If Synk is not the currently active application, Synk can bounce its icon in the Dock to attract your attention.
• Synk can play any sound in /System/Library/Sounds, /Library/Sounds, or ~/Library/Sounds.
• Synk can open a file or program of your choosing.
• Synk can save all documents and quit, put the computer to sleep, or shut the computer down.

Note that the actions are not run before or after a preview (though they are run if you click the "Run" button in the Preview pane). Also note that for the actions which open a file or program, Synk just opens it and moves along--it does not wait for anything to happen with the file or for the program to finish.
